TERMS OF SERVICE

> GENERAL

1. whatever happens with a character purchased from me is not my responsibility. however, I heavily discourage any designs made by me to be used in deemed problematic context.*2. I also heavily discourage extreme changes to the point where the character is unrecognizable from what the original was.3. please remember to credit myself where applicable. (ex. TH character desc, any character profiles, comics, games etc etc)4. I will be posting some if not most of my designs in any portfolios / examples I may need.5. you may trade, sell, or give away any of my designs at your leisure. however, unless the character has extra pieces of art added, please do not raise the price of the design. (ex. a design costing 5 USD, please only sell for 5 USD or currency equivalent unless extra art is added.)

> PAYMENT

1. I only accept payment through PayPal via KO-FI as of September 2025. I do not do trades.*2. payment is expected within 48 hours of claiming a design. failure to pay within that time frame without warning will result in blacklisting from buying my designs. this is to avoid scamming / prolonged waiting. the maximum I will hold a character is 3 days.3. please only bid / offer / claim if you are 100% you can pay the amount. do not try to buy if you do not have the funds or do not know if you for certain will. if you buy and need the funds for something later that is not my problem.4. I do not do refunds*. see rule 3. do not spend money you cannot afford to give away. if you request a refund you will be blacklisted.

> ABOUT MY DESIGNS

1. do not trace, heavily reference, claim, re-upload, or alter my art. do not feed my art/designs into AI or turn them into NFTs or crypto stuff. I am heavily against anything AI.2. I do this for a hobby. I am not a professional and I do not claim to be one. I will make mistakes. if you have any grievances, dm me on any of my socials I will respond when avalible.3. my blacklist will not be public, however if I find you are being a nuisance and it is needed, I will make a warning. I save this for very rare occasions.

*1. problematic context (TO ME.) is any form of extreme dead dove content, lolisho/shotacon artwork, feral nsfw/porn, proshipping shenanigans, etc etc. it is pretty easy to figure out what not to do.*2. I will do trades on occasion if you are a close friend of mine/I trust you. this does not include random users I have never spoken to before.*3. I will do refunds with close friends, like stated in 2. I am not refunding a random users I have never spoken to before, I am very well aware of scams.
