Terms of service

1. you may redesign adopts/designs to your leisure, however credit is still required.
2. you may do whatever you like with a design. any problematic actions of the new owner is not my responsibility and i am no longer associated with them.

3. please remember to credit myself where applicable. (ex. toyhouse character design credits, anywhere you may be selling, etc etc )4. I will be posting most if not all of my designs/comms in any portfolios / examples I may need.5. you may trade, sell, or give away any of my designs at your leisure. please only sell for the value paid originally unless extras are added. (paid art, personal art, etc etc.) this does not include things you got for free.

6. DO NOT buy an adopt/design for a person i have blacklisted or on my DNI. purposefully going against my boundaries is an automatic blacklist and you will NOT have a chance to remove yourself from it.

7. i take payment BEFORE i start the commission. if you need a payment plan, see rule 11.9. turnaround times can vary, i will specify if needed. please know you are agreeing theres a chance you may need to wait a week or two if necessary.

10. I DO NOT DO REFUNDS. this is a source of income for me and this is to prevent scams. PLEASE ONLY BID / BUY COMMS IF YOU HAVE THE FUNDS.11. I CAN DO PAYMENT PLANS! if you need some sort of payment plan, please let me know. some i cannot do as i do not feel comfortable waiting weeks for money specifically.
if it is for a trade, i can also work something out, but i do require a deadline.

12. as of 3/21/2026 i can take payment on ko-fi, paypal and cashapp.
